The Iberian Peninsula, shared by both Spain and Portugal, allows for a survey of 24 houses, and in so doing opens the way for both a visual feast and a nuanced conversation between uses and habits, ideas and attitudes, and languages and forms. Architects featured include: Campo Baeza, Ferrater, RCR, Aires Mateus, Leite Siza, Mendes Ribeiro and Atelier Central. Works are accompanied by photographs, plans, introductory texts and a collection of short essays.
