This new series focuses on details of designing the basic elements of architecture. This volume delivers a very close insight of the divers possibilities of designing windows. On the basis of about 200 projects it is shown, how mulitfariously the two functions of a windows - to direct the daylight into the house or building and release the view onto outside at the same time - can be managed.
